- Saturday the 20th we're seeing (we saw actually) Coldplay.
- Sunday is our last chance to hang glide before the end of the summer.
- Monday is the Pageant of the Masters in Laguna.
- Saturday the 27th we're seeing The Dave Matthews Band.
- Sunday the 28th, we're seeing The Dave Matthews Band again (we're not groupies... I swear).
- Monday Gwen leaves for New York.
- Thursday, I leave for New York.
- Saturday, we're getting married.
- Sunday/Monday we'll just be kayaking and swimming and having a great time at the lake house.
- Tuesday we're going to Paris.
- Friday we're going to Luxembourg.
- Saturday/Sunday we're watching Formula1 in Belgium at Spa.
- Monday through the following Sunday, we'll be in the south of France visiting San Tropez, Nice, Cannes, Monte Carlo.
- Monday the 18th of September, we come crashing back down comfortably into a little place called "reality" and we both get our asses back to work.
So, why is the blog called Supermonth?
Several years back, I figured out that you can create for yourself whatever life you wish to lead. In America - the land of opportunity - you have the power within yourself to create any life you choose for yourself. It just takes a little vision, commitment, and determination.
Supermonth is the manifestation of all those values coming together in one amazing end of summer month.
Without sounding too much like I'm pontificating, I really believe that if you are unhappy, overweight, addicted to drugs, whatever... you have only yourself to blame. You have the power to change any one of those things (unhappiness is a bad habit). You just have to believe that you can.
I think Supermonth is more than just a month, I think it's a mindset for the future... and it's not going to end when we return from our honeymoon.
